Pesto is one of my favorite Italian flavors, I could literally drink it! Unfortunately most restaurant or store bought pesto includes dairy, oil, and excess sodium which would mean compromising my health and my beliefs. I love to eat well without having to choose between yummy food and eating in the best interest of my body. That’s why I’m so excited to share this recipe because it is versatile, easy, healthy, and delicious!
Time to Prepare:
Food processor for a chunky pesto, OR High speed blender for a creamy pesto
Enjoy as a dip, pasta sauce over zoodles, or as a salad dressing! This will keep in the fridge for about a week and can also be frozen into ice cubes to use later in stir fry’s.
