NOTE: Above is her original recipe. However, I have found that 1/2 a cup is not enough liquid to make a runny batter. Therefore, I add as much milk as necessary to get my desired consistency for a batter. I also like to add a little organic vanilla!
There are so many different variations of ways to dress them, so I'll give you a few options~ my favorites will have an asterisk* next to them.
There are SO many options! But, my go-to combo for these pancakes is peanut butter and bananas layered between each pancake, topped with pure maple syrup, coconut shreds, pepitas, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and blueberries. So yummy!!! I hope you all enjoy!
